Experience:
Lisa Sedrakian represents individuals and businesses in general estate planning and business matters. She represents non-profits in setting up and obtaining tax-exempt status. She also provides services in the immigration area. Prior to joining Hutchings Barsamian Mandelcorn, LLP, Lisa worked in the International Tax Group at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Lisa has taught International Taxation of Outbound Transactions and Income Tax Accounting at Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Accounting.
