Experience:

Michael was a partner at Hutchings Barsamian from 2001 to 2013 and is now of counsel to the firm.  Prior to joining the firm, Michael was Assistant Attorney General in the New York Attorney General’s office where he was a litigator and oversaw all state counsel litigation in Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties and consumer protection matters.  Earlier, Michael was Assistant County Attorney in the Westchester County Law Department where he prosecuted child abuse and neglect matters and then was assigned to general litigation and providing counsel to various County Departments, Agencies, Commissioners and the County Legislature.
